Frequently Asked Questions
Which K-pop groups do you teach?
We cover popular groups like BTS, Blackpink, Stray Kids, Seventeen, TWICE, NCT, ENHYPEN, and more. We update our playlist based on latest releases and student requests!
Do I need to know Korean?
Not at all! Classes are taught in English. We might count in Korean for fun and teach you some K-pop terms, but everything is explained clearly. You'll naturally pick up some Korean phrases!
I'm not a teenager - can I still join?
Absolutely! K-pop dance is for everyone. We have students from teens to adults in their 40s and beyond. If you love K-pop music and want to dance, you belong here!
What should I wear?
Comfortable athletic wear - what idols wear in practice videos! Trainers or dance sneakers work best. Many students love wearing their bias group's merch to class.
Is it difficult for beginners?
We break down every move step-by-step. While K-pop choreography can be intricate, we make it accessible and fun. You'll be surprised how quickly you pick it up!
Can we perform what we learn?
Yes! We host K-pop showcases and random dance plays. Some students form cover groups or create dance videos. It's a great way to connect with Edinburgh's K-pop fans!

Our students often meet up for K-pop nights, organize birthday projects for their bias, and support each other at random dance plays during the Festival Fringe. The fitness benefits are incredible too - K-pop's high-energy routines provide cardio, strength training, and flexibility work all in one fun session.
